Patients
The Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED) allows you to access care for non-life-threatening emergencies. You can connect to the VVED from anywhere in Victoria.
If you are eligible, you will be connected virtually to emergency doctors and nurses who will provide medical advice, from the comfort of your own home or workplace. You will need a device with a camera to use this service. If you have them, please ensure you have any healthcare card details (Medicare, DVA, Private Health Insurance) available to provide as part of the registration.
Please ensure you are in a comfortable and quiet/private space prior to contacting us.
To connect, please click on the “Register Now” button below. Once you have completed the registration, a link to the VVED Waiting Room will be sent to you via phone SMS and email.
If you are experiencing issues with the registration form, please call VVED Admin on 9485 9070
